Placing and managing orders

Order Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Requests to change shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other order details must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Requests received after 24 hours may be subject to additional carrier, handling, administration, or address correction fees where applicable. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee modifications to shipping addresses, contact details, or delivery information.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional costs, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. If an order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to cancel it at our discretion.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is not possible after dispatch, the customer must wait until the order is delivered and then follow the return process outlined in our Refund Policy.
