Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a refund if they change their mind.

If the product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned, as this is a hygiene product and cannot be reused by another customer for hygienic and safety reasons.

If a return is approved due to a change of mind (right of withdrawal), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will refund you or send a replacement, regardless of use.

Refunds
