Your 14-day right to cancel
We offer a 14-day cancellation period in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene & change-of-mind returns
If a return is approved due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will refund you or send a replacement, regardless of use.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Requests to change shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other order details must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.
- While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers must wait until the item has been delivered and then follow the return procedure outlined in this Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional costs, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer at checkout.
How refunds are processed
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
