Add clean water and place the tank beside your toilet.

Position the handset into the bowl and operate it as directed in the instructions.

Pat dry
Finish with toilet paper or your usual drying routine, then store the handset.

Rinse without holding a water bottle.
The water reservoir stays beside the toilet. You hold and direct the handset, connected by a 140 cm hose.
Choose between two pressure modes using the handset controls. The spray comes from the rechargeable unit and separate tank, rather than your home’s mains water pressure.

A missing socket beside the toilet does not have to hold up the switch. RinseMate runs on battery power during use, with no live power lead beside the toilet.
Recharge between uses in a suitable dry location, following the supplied instructions. Battery life depends on how often and how long you spray.

Will it fit my bathroom?
You need floor space for the tank, access to clean water for filling, and a comfortable position for using the handset. The hose is 140 cm long. Check the full product details against your bathroom layout before ordering.
How often do I refill it?
That depends on how long you spray and the mode you use. Check the water level before use and refill as needed. Follow the supplied care instructions for keeping the tank and water fresh.
Where does the holder attach?
The holder uses a suction cup, so the supporting surface and correct fitting matter. A rough or textured wall may not provide a suitable seal. Follow the mounting instructions and check that it holds securely before storing the handset.
Do I still need toilet paper?
You may still use toilet paper to finish cleaning and pat dry. RinseMate adds water cleaning to your routine; it does not include a dryer.
How do I care for it?
Follow the supplied instructions for cleaning the tank, hose and handset, and for charging. Keep the charging connection dry. Contact our support team if you need help with the correct care procedure.
What about delivery and returns?
